During your session I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state, allowing you to focus on the past events that are affecting you today. I will work with you to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time of those events, and the beliefs you formed as a result. I will then help you reframe how you look at those past events from your adult perspective today.

Once that has been achieved, I will help you create powerful, positive, new beliefs. These new beliefs will be reinforced with the aid of a personalised recording that I will create for you to listen to once a day for 21 days. The personalised recording will help you firmly establish those positive new beliefs so that you can live the life you deserve.

Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. However, RTT™ goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by diagnosing what works best with clients to build a new, highly effective therapeutic approach.

Through hypnosis, the therapist gains access to the subconscious mind and then, using suggestion and convincers, the therapist aims to make long-lasting change. Typically, this can take between 6-10 sessions.

RTT™ is different from standard hypnotherapy because it uses hypnosis to find the root cause of the client’s issue. Once a client understands how and when negative beliefs and behaviours were formed, they feel empowered to make real changes. This awareness and knowledge mean that change can happen more quickly than with standard hypnotherapy, as the client does not need convincing that change is possible – they know it. Every person and situation is unique, but generally, clients should only need between 1 and 3 sessions per issue.

No. Hypnosis is a streamlined state of focused attention, like when you are absorbed in a book, film, sport, or craft. You can emerge from hypnosis at any time if you wish. Think of me as an experienced guide, taking you on a journey; I am the facilitator, but the decisions that affect positive change can only be made by you. Realising that you are in control and can manifest and agree on positive changes yourself can be very empowering.

The more often you choose to go into hypnosis the easier it becomes to relax and get into the process, secure in the knowledge that you remain in control and can end a session of hypnosis at any point should you wish to. As most people find hypnosis deeply relaxing and a very pleasant experience, they rarely choose to do this, but they are aware that they could if they so choose.

No. There is absolutely no possibility of you getting stuck in hypnosis. During hypnosis, you remain in total control and can return to full awareness at any time without any intervention from me.

2. Protector

Protectors are mentors who create a safe space for the mentee. They are supportive but avoid being overprotective. A Protector style is ideal for mentees who are experiencing a higher amount of stress as part of their transition.

3. Coach

Mentors who are also trained coaches are expert listeners, as such, they will encourage you to do most of the talking while helping you pinpoint ways to solve your problems. They can identify possible challenges that mentees will face and will easily spot positive and weak traits in mentees, encouraging the mentee to build on the positive characteristics and challenge the negative traits. I also have specialist COACHD Method Coaching™ programmes for clients that suit this mentorship style.

4. Networker

A Networker provides growth and learning opportunities for mentees. Once they have familiarised themselves with the areas the mentee wants to develop, they will make introductions via their extensive network, and connect them with experts in the most relevant and supportive areas.

5. Challenger

Challenger types focus on helping their mentees develop strong problem-solving skills, and they often use tough love. I use a challenger style with mentees who prefer to be pushed harder and further, helping them develop independence and encouraging them to aim high.

6. Clarifier

Clarifiers act more like a companion to the mentee. They will use their knowledge to help mentees better understand their environments, including work and business settings, organisational values, and politics. I use a Clarifier style with my more independent mentees who don’t need a large amount of direction. When using a Clarifier style, I encourage my mentees to solve their own problems before sharing an opinion.

7. Sponsor

Sponsors advocate for their mentees through their position in the company they work for and their vast network. Mentees looking for someone to help them advance in a similar setting or organisation can benefit significantly from my personal network.

8. Affirmer

Affirmers are great listeners for mentees. They are happy to talk through tough situations and worried feelings at length and have a deep understanding and empathy for the mentee's situation. Mentees looking for more regular support and a listening ear will benefit from my Affirmer style.

There are many reasons why someone might struggle to attend mentoring sessions in-person. Online mentoring facilitates one-on-one mentoring relationships almost anywhere and at any time. Following your initial consultation, I may recommend one or more sessions of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) and Hypnotherapy, as this will help you transform your most damaging and obstructive beliefs before moving in other areas of your transformation.

COACHD Combined can be applied to both individual and group settings. Small or large group sessions, workshops or speaking engagements can create powerful shifts that impact the performance and well-being of the individuals.

I specialise in treating individuals from 15 years of age. Individual circumstances vary and it may be appropriate for me to support someone of a younger age, particularly when competitive sports are involved. Parents and legal guardians should feel free to contact me to discuss individual cases. There is no maximum age for COACHD Combined.
