NLP and hypnotherapy differ in their approaches and techniques
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy are both methods used for personal development and behaviour modification, but they differ in their approaches and techniques.

It aims to identify and reprogram limiting beliefs and behaviours by altering the way the mind processes information. It’s true that both NLP and RTT™ can teach people how to better dialogue with their minds and understand the difference between what their subconscious and conscious minds believe. However, RTT™ has added the crucial step of directly accessing the root cause of the presenting issue. Negative thoughts and behaviours are then reframed, and blocks are removed.
